A deposit is required before any work begins.

How the process works

We discuss your requirements, pricing, and timeline

Deposit Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking

Design & Previews
Sample designs or previews will be sent via email (3-5 business days depending on the service)

Revisions
Minor revisions are included unless otherwise agreed.

Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining balance must be paid once the work is approved.
Final digital files or physical materials are released after full payment
PRINTING, PRODUCTION & SUPPLIERS
For printed or physical materials (such as menus, posters, leaflets, and packaging), the design service is included in my stated prices.
Once designs are complete, clients may:

arrange printing or production themselves using the print ready files provided
OR

Choose to have production arranged by me.
I work with friendly, affordable, and trusted suppliers who consistently deliver high- quality materials in excellent condition.
Printing and production costs are not included in design fees unless stated otherwise.
All production costs are discussed in consultation and agreed in advance, based on size, quantity, materials, and type of service.
No additional changes will be made without client approval.
